We were approached by a large hospital in the West Coast facing a critical talent shortage for nurses and other non-clinical roles. They were experiencing a high turnover rate with their talent acquisition team struggling to keep up with the high demand for critical roles. Internal systems were slow and took many weeks to place each role.

Solution

TeamRecruit initially supported hiring for roles with lower placement fees, but ramped up our service to supplement their internal talent acquisition teams. Apart from recruiting for critical roles, we streamlined their recruitment process and provided recruiters to join their internal talent acquisition team.
