TeamRecruit, a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services provider held the company’s first Virtual Career Fair on February 28, 2022. The event was mounted to provide recruiters, sourcing specialists, corporate trainers, among other available positions, with an opportunity to work for the US-based Staffing & Recruiting firm which supports top companies in the healthcare and technology industries.
The Virtual Career featured Cybill Getgood, Co-founder and VP of Marketing of Team Recruit, who spoke about the company’s background, culture, and benefits. TeamRecruit employees enjoy excellent pay, commissions and bonuses that are a cut above the rest. “I think our model in itself is already a disruptor. We adequately support our staff – from commissions on top of their competitive salaries to activities that support rewards and recognition within the company.”
Cybill also takes pride in the company’s management and culture, which she pointed out as another major edge compared to their competitors. “Maintaining a tight-knit and people-focused culture has been a huge catalyst for our growth. Our managers and executives spend a lot of time with their respective team members and even keep close friendships with them. A lot of our team members have told me that they never got to speak with their CEO or other executives in their previous companies. We don’t believe in closed-door policies or hierarchy politics. Attendees also got to join a free webinar from award-winning keynote speaker and TeamRecruit’s Chief People Officer Jamie Getgood who talked about “How to win a virtual interview”. He also gave tips on how applicants should present and prepare themselves during a job interview. Jamie was awarded HRO Today’s Top HR Superstar of 2021 and Australian Leader of the Year in 2017.
The event had over 280 registered attendees that were treated to prizes from trivia games and a mini version of Cash is King – the company’s weekly raffle giveaway for performing team members. TeamRecruit’s Virtual Career Fair was hosted by Kate Galagnara. The company aims to host more virtual events in the coming months and an in-person career fair by the end of 2022.
