Honolulu, HI: TeamRecruit has announced a new partnership with Mind You, a mental health platform providing preventative therapy and counseling for individuals and employees. Through this effort, both organizations ensure that helpful resources and professional assistance are within reach across all departments.

“As employers, we are mandated to take proactive steps in ensuring our employees’ physical wellbeing,” says Eric Allison, Managing Partner. “We wanted to do the same for their mental wellbeing.”

TeamRecruit values its people’s well-being in the workplace, believing that good mental health and excellent management go hand in hand in making employees satisfied and productive. On that account, the mental health initiative was launched on May 16.

“This Mental Health Month, we wanted to encourage our employees to take control of their mental health and live more fulfilled lives,” says Cybill Getgood, Chief Marketing Officer. “To achieve that, we equip them with tools and resources, like the Mind You app. We also aim to build a psychologically safe environment where they can share their stories without fear of judgment from their leaders and co-workers.”

The platform allows members from the US, India, and the Philippines to take a mind and body assessment, as well as book a session with a licensed psychologist at any time, anywhere. Accessible through a self-service app, mental health support is available to employees with a few taps.

For someone who is still recovering from depression, anxiety, and stress, this made me feel seen and loved. Mental wellbeing is a big thing for me, especially since I went through horrible mental and emotional abuse. I already set my first consultation appointment, by the way. So excited,” says Jasmin Capadosa, Senior Recruiter at TeamRecruit.

The program was initiated by Cybill Getgood, a mental wellbeing advocate and one of the company’s founders. According to Getgood, the organization aims to reduce the stigma around the topic of mental health, create a culture where everyone can thrive, and make employees feel supported. Mind You, as the trusted partner in this initiative, guarantees 100% anonymous and 100% free services.
