The Challenge
The Approach
We worked closely with our client to come up with available options and assess their viability which included:
- Inform their customers to put job requisitions on hold until previous job requisitions are fulfilled. (Not ideal for growing a long-term relationship)
- Lengthen the hiring period beyond the client's request. (Also not ideal as it will affect the client's operations)
- Post job advertisements for in-house recruiters. (The job posts will take too long to fill the positions)
- Employ TeamRecruit Recruitment as a Service. (Selected option)
The Solution
One of our first actions was to familiarize ourselves with the job specifics. The CEO gave us a walkthrough of the departments, allowing us to see the company's demands and nuances to find the most well-suited candidates. TeamRecruit placed candidates almost across the whole management, including their entire C-level positions, business development, call center, rapid response deployment staff, and HR roles.
Recruiting as a Service is a service offering from Team Recruit that allows staffing firms to utilize outsourced project-based assignments.
The staffing firm is well equipped to receive orders with the current team. However, in cases where a sizeable requirement to provide 50 to 100+ people over a short time of 2-3 weeks will overwhelm the existing team.
Additional staffing is not a viable option as to hire and train new personnel at scale only to terminate their services upon project completion does not make sense.
Recruiting as a Service is usually a 60-90 day engagement billed hourly. TeamRecruits provides a dedicated recruiter assigned solely to the business for up to 40 hours per week.
