The collaboration came up with the following approach:
- Hold all incoming job requisitions until pending requisitions are fulfilled. (Will cause delays in client's operations, not a good approach)
- Post job advertisements to fill in-house recruitment team positions and job requisitions. (Unreliable candidate response time, further delays in hiring process foreseen)
- Hire an agency to help build their internal and recruitment delivery teams. (Best option)
The Solution
We began by going through a thorough discussion with the departments concerned led by key officers of the company to put us up to speed with the company's culture and their specific requirements for the appropriate candidates.
We appointed an exclusive account manager tasked with building a playbook during client onboarding for reference later on. During the discussion, the Account Manager got to know the company operations and current hiring processes and provided daily training to the recruiters to ensure the Los Angeles-based client receives the best delivery team possible.
