We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Operations to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record of driving operational excellence, optimizing processes, and ensuring the overall efficiency of the organization. The VP of Operations will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the operational strategy to support the company's growth and long-term success.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership for our operational teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- RPO and BPO Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of both Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environments to enhance operational efficiency.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance overall operational effectiveness.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor operational teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture. Ensure teams are equipped to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Client Satisfaction: Work closely with the client services team to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Address client concerns and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to uphold service excellence and meet industry standards.
- Scalability: Develop and implement scalable operational solutions to accommodate growth and changing business needs.
Qualifications:
- Must have 5 years experience in operations leadership roles, preferably within the RPO and BPO sectors.
- Strong understanding of RPO and BPO environments.
- Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
