Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Utilize your extensive experience and industry knowledge to source, attract, and engage with qualified healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities, hiring managers, and candidates to understand their needs, preferences, and goals, while ensuring a positive and seamless recruitment experience.
- Candidate Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and assess their compatibility with specific job roles and organizational culture.
- Recruitment Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative and effective recruitment strategies that align with current market trends and client requirements.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor practices to enhance recruitment approaches and maintain a competitive edge in the healthcare staffing industry.
- Employer Branding: Promote and strengthen the company's reputation as an employer of choice by creating and executing employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare recruiting in the US, with demonstrated success in recruiting healthcare professionals at all levels.
- Experience in recruiting for nurses direct-hire and travel nursing is a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets and key performance indicators.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry trends, job market dynamics, and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities to effectively handle complex recruitment scenarios.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and empathy when dealing with candidates and clients.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Experience in mentoring and leading a team is an advantage.
