We are actively seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to join our team as the Head of Training and Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing specialized training programs tailored to the unique needs of RPO services. As the Head of Training and Development for RPO, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills, knowledge, and performance of our recruitment teams.

Responsibilities:


  1. RPO-Specific Training Programs:
    1. Develop, implement, and continuously improve training programs specific to the RPO industry, covering recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and client management.
    2. Design programs that align with industry best practices and emerging trends in recruitment.
  2. Client-Specific Training:
    1. Work closely with client teams to understand their unique requirements and develop customized training programs to meet client expectations.
    2. Provide training on client-specific tools, technologies, and processes.
  3. Technology Integration:
    1. Evaluate and incorporate the latest recruitment technologies and tools into training programs to enhance the efficiency of RPO processes.
    2. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and user adoption.
  4. Compliance Training:
    1. Develop and deliver compliance training programs to ensure RPO teams adhere to legal and regulatory requirements in the recruitment process.
    2. Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations affecting the RPO industry.
  5. Leadership Development:
    1. Implement leadership development programs tailored to the RPO context, fostering the growth of recruitment team leaders and managers.
    2. Identify and nurture future leaders within the RPO division.
  6. Performance Metrics and Reporting:
    1. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success and impact of RPO training initiatives.
    2. Provide regular reports to leadership on training metrics, program effectiveness, and team performance.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    1. Collaborate with RPO operations, sales, and client services teams to ensure training programs support overall business objectives.
    2. Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
  8. Vendor Management:
    1. Liaise with external training vendors when needed, negotiating contracts and ensuring the quality and relevance of externally sourced training programs.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role in training and development within the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) industry.
  • Deep understanding of RPO processes, recruitment strategies, and client management.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire teams.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
