Recruitment Sales Manager

TeamRecruit is a US-based staffing and recruiting firm supporting healthcare and IT/tech companies worldwide. We are currently on the hunt for a Recruitment Sales Manager for a top health information technology company who will work onsite in Albuquerque, NM.
Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of business development focused recruiters
Ensure team productivity in healthcare recruitment and talent placements at client organizations
Filter sales leads and distribute new business within the team accordingly
Provide training and team development to hone employee growth
Focus on expanding existing clientele and acquiring new clients
Partner with direct reports to deliver on time sensitive staffing needs
Use proven healthcare industry and/or recruiting background to develop and grow a client base by marketing our talent services Recruit, interview, and place highly skilled nursing professionals in various work settings
Represent our clients as an external ambassador – promoting their company, culture, and active recruitments
Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with key hiring managers to senior-level executives, for the purpose of understanding our clients’ hiring needs and positioning them to attract and retain top talent.
Leverage networking groups, alumni associations, social media, and technology tools to identify active/passive job seekers and prospective clients Provide the highest quality customer service to both clients and candidate
Expertly communicate and provide timely feedback, expectations and accountability for results to your team.
Qualifications
1+ years of recruiting management experience.
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting and business development experience (agency experience preferred).
Experience sourcing and recruiting for roles ranging from hourly and temporary to management positions.
Experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process, acting as an effective hiring partner.
Knowledge of a modern ATS/CRM Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels.
Exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills.
