What you'll be doing as an L&D NURSE MANAGER:

Particilates in committees, while representing the unit and the Nurses in a positive manner

Assists with developing and implementing performance initiatives

Ensures optimal Patient safety, outcomes, and customer satisfaction

Demonstrates leadership quality and critical thinking through self-direction, initiative, effective interpersonal skills and oral/written communication skills

Manage daily work acivities of deparment staff

Provides guidance to staff and is responsible for staffing, budget compliance, and contributing to staff decsiions, such as hiring and termination

Implements training, monitoring and opersation initiautes that secure compliance with ehical and leagal practices and accreditation

How do you become part of this amazing team? You'll need the following qualifications:

BSN or higher

3 years of nursing (2 years of experience of Charge RN), 1 year in leadership role.

American Heart Association: BLS

Texas RN License and Compact License Accepted.
