For the first time ever, TeamRecruit had a company outing. No work, just activities, games, and a LOT of drinking!

Starting Off With a Bang!

At TeamRecruit, we love to get to know each other! We started with an icebreaker activity where everyone talked to people they never got a chance to interact with at work. They asked each other questions from a prepared list, and by the end of the session, everyone talked to at least 5 people.

A Whole That Is TRULY Greater Than the Sum of Its Parts

Jamie gave a good talk about the culture of TeamRecruit, the impact of collaboration and belonging, and how everything is better when people work together than individually.

The audience’s takeaway? When someone says they gave their 150%, RUN! 😉

Embracing Sunset With the Champs

And you know what the exciting part is? We love capturing memories! We did some photo ops to get shots of our champions wearing their best white OOTDs and radiant smiles under the sunset.

We even watched a beautiful fireworks display. What a picturesque view!

Meet TeamRecruit’s Impact Players

Cybill took over with an impactful speech about Impact Players. You know who they are? They are the ones who step up, the ones who get to the finish line, and the ones who learn and adapt to every situation.

At TeamRecruit, we create leaders who will someday guide future leaders. Special shoutout to Steph from HR, Sef, Sab, and Ian from Marketing, Mico and Lars from TRI, Gian from L&D, and Jeff from BD!

The Champs All Dressed Up!

The dressing game! 8 groups were formed, and 1 representative from each group was dressed with the provided materials. The representatives walked up the runways, flaunted their outfits, and answered Q&A's.

They were all dressed stunningly, but winners Mikee and Kenny took home the crown. Mikee did the runway walk while Kenny saved the day as his translator/interpreter. Nice teamwork!

Our Leaders Showed Off Their Hidden Talents

Here’s the much awaited part: Leader’s Got Talent! Two representatives from each department came up with the best skit.

Guess who won? Of course, Sef, CK, Janli, and our one and only CMO Cybill, who danced Otso Otso that made the whole crowd go wild! Free team lunch for the Marketing Team!

Special mention to other leaders who made our jaws drop with their outstanding performances!

Pool Party

Any day is a good day for a pool party! Everyone took the chance and dipped in. Another opportunity for a photoshoot! Who could resist this view, right?

Drink Till You Drop

We had a blast partying all night and drinking till sunrise. Lots of friendships and fun memories were made. It was truly an unforgettable escapade!

Riding The Waves

Nothing beats jet skiing early in the morning with awesome people. We were all high from the rush, and for some, it was a first they will never forget. Looking forward to riding more waves with you guys!

Diving to the Best Part!

“Co-workers that dive together stay together.” We hit two birds with one stone by doing ocean cleaning while scuba diving! Thank you, Cybill, for initiating this activity and sponsoring the dives!
