And here we are again with fresh new workshops and meaningful talks, celebrating newly promoted leaders and international friends through dancing, some magic, raffle prizes, and a cornucopia of delectable delights (more food).
The Welcome Dance
We Started With Booties Shaking!
Kala Chasma boomed on the overhead speakers as CK, Eka, and Jan-li opened the conference and danced their way to the stage, where Rence and Gian enthusiastically welcomed attendees with a secret surprise up their sleeves.
TikTok Breaks the Ice
The surprise was an icebreaker. Every person on every table must dance to the TikTok Challenge shown on multiple screens in the venue, and the best performing table wins! Yes, every booty shook that day.
Our visiting nurses got this one! On stage, they went to take home the first prizes of the conference.
Celebrating the New Team Leads
Our newest Recruiting Team Leads got up on stage to be presented and recognized for their achievement and dance showdown skills! This is True TeamRecruit Fashion!

Limiting Beliefs and the Stories We Tell Ourselves
Our VP for Recruitment and Delivery, Solena Barrera, shared personal stories and discussed the challenges we all face amidst the debilitating internal monologues we all have within ourselves and how we can overcome them.
TeamRecruit Performers Share a Tender Moment
Top performers, Airen, Gil, Jayvee, and Martin, shared their anxieties and self-doubts, their inner narratives, and the mindset they adopted to deal with this syndrome to become the champions that they are.
Don’t Take “NO” for an Answer
Solena walked us through the various types of objections in recruitment and other real-life situations and, through role play, showed us the appropriate techniques to use for a favorable outcome.
The Power of Presence
Jamie Getgood, our Chief People Officer, talked about the power of presence and perceptions, relationships, modern-day digital communications, and having meaningful interactions in a virtual world. A Q&A followed suit.
In TeamRecruit Territory
We welcomed our special guest from Insight Global to the party, who came all the way from the US to visit us. Our own "Magic" Mike Ching dazzled them with his magical tricks. With the participation of IG's Eric Rebraca, Director of Clinical Services, Mike's final trick ended with a connection with Eric after muttering the magic words, "All Erics are very handsome."
