The Challenge


The client is a Missouri-based Health Information Technology Services company that needed to fill multiple positions, from delivery to client-facing and operations roles, with a short ramp up period.

The Approach


Unprepared for the growing demand of job requisitions from their internal departments and clients, the Fortune 500 company collaborated with TeamRecruit based on the company's growing reputation for rapidly acquiring quality talents.

Posting of job advertisements by the in-house recruitment team. (Unreliable candidate response time, delay in the hiring process foreseen)
Put all job requisitions on hold until such time that previous requisitions are managed. (Will negatively impact client operations, not a good approach) Hire an agency to provide services temporarily. (Option selected)

The Solution


First, we familiarized ourselves with the job specifics. With a walkthrough of the departments led by the CEO, we could see the company's culture and their needs to find the most appropriate candidates. Team Recruit placed candidates across entry-level and mid-management roles.

Recruiting as a Service (RaaS) is one of TeamRecruit's service offerings that allow firms to utilize outsourced recruiting for project-based assignments.

A firm's internal staffing team can fulfill specific numbers of job requisitions. Still, in some cases where an opportunity requiring 50 to 100+ people running for a short period of 2-3 weeks can not be accommodated by the internal team, it is impractical to hire and train new staff when their services are terminated upon project completion.

Recruiting as a Service is usually a 60-90 day engagement billed at an hourly rate. TeamRecruit provides a dedicated recruiter assigned to the company for up to 40 hours per week.

Upon onboarding, the client and the recruiters had a brief training session where the training discussed review and document protocols. The recruiters began their assignment within 2-3 days.

Time to fill was significantly reduced with the recruiters' existing knowledge of TeamRecruit's platform and processes, and with the internal training minimized, the transition was smooth. The services provided by TeamRecruit proved beneficial for our Missouri-based client as they got to try out and test new recruiters for additional long-term solutions.

The project proved successful as the required positions were filled within the allocated time frame. Our Missouri-based client did not need to hire new full-time employees.
