- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop comprehensive recruitment plans and strategies aligned with their technical staffing needs.
- Proactively source, attract, and engage both passive and active candidates for tech roles through various channels, including online platforms, social media, tech communities, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and evaluate candidate's technical skills, experience, and qualifications.
- Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their technical expertise, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, technical assessments, and hiring team meetings to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions, interview evaluations, and other relevant recruitment materials to ensure consistency and alignment with company standards.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process, maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in tech recruitment, and share insights and recommendations with the team.
- Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage and track candidates, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- At least 5 years experience as a Technical Recruiter
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or Senior Recruiter, specializing in hiring tech roles such as software engineers, data scientists, UX/UI designers, product managers, etc is a plus
- Solid understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends, with the ability to assess candidates' technical capabilities effectively.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting high-quality tech candidates through various recruitment channels and techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present information and influence decision-making.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage and streamline the recruitment process.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Passion for technology and a continuous learning mindset to stay abreast of emerging tech trends and advancements.
