Job Description:

  • Plan, implement, set up, manage, and paid digital marketing campaigns across a variety of channels such as Facebook, Google, Tiktok and LinkedIn
  • Increase brand awareness, promote company products or services, and drive prospects to conversions while adhering to the company brand guidelines and tone of voice
  • Track, measure, refine, report and escalate the performance and efficiency of all paid digital marketing campaigns against ROI goals on a timely basis
  • Perform customer and keyword research to discover other ways of reaching customers online
  • Continuously identify trends and insights, and optimize spend based on performance
  • Plan, execute, and measure A/B tests across ad creatives and landing pages to optimize conversion
  • Collaborate with and/or manage relevant stakeholders, internal and external, such as the Design Team, to develop digital plans that support company objectives by providing creative, clear, and comprehensive briefs
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of all candidate and client-facing deliverables
  • Manage relevant third-party providers and tools
  • Other tasks that will help ensure business goals are translated into successful digital campaigns
  • Stays up to date with paid digital and performance-based marketing best practices and shares knowledge with the team


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or any related course
  • Preferably with 5+ years of Experience in a similar position
  • Certificates in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads are preferred
  • Hands-on experience in performance media planning and management (Paid Search, Paid Social, Online Video) is an advantage
  • Proven knowledge in campaign analysis, tracking, data analytics, and reporting with the ability to provide recommendations
  • Able to run A/B test campaigns across landing pages
  • Highly experienced in Omnichannel/Multichannel Ads
  • Must have experience in Retargeting/Remarketing
  • Must have experience with Programmatic Ads
  • Must be very detail-oriented in budgeting and monitor campaigns spend conscientiously
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work productively and creatively with limited supervision
  • Team player who takes the initiative when needed
  • Adaptable to quick changes and directions
  • Must have a creative mind and a passion for all things digital
  • Willing to work in a contractual or full-time position, flexible shift (day, mid and graveyard shift), remote setup
