As the Head of Business Operations, you will spearhead critical initiatives, optimize processes, and collaborate across departments to elevate our performance to new heights.

Job Description:


  • Business Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies throughout the organization. Lead the development and implementation of strategies to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs. Provide strategic insights and guidance for operational excellence.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with department heads to align operational goals with overall company objectives. Foster effective communication and teamwork to achieve business success.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure departmental and organizational performance. Regularly analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Change Management: Lead and support change initiatives across the organization, ensuring smooth transitions and successful adoption of new processes or technologies.
  • Resource Allocation: Oversee the allocation of resources, including budget, personnel, and technology, to support efficient operations and business growth.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Budget Planning and Cost Control: Collaborate with finance and department heads to develop budgets and monitor expenses, ensuring effective cost management and optimal resource utilization.
  • Talent Development: Work with TA and HR to identify talent gaps, develop training programs, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:


  • Proven track record of at least 10 years in a senior leadership role within the BPO industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of business operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of business processes, process optimization, and best practices in the BPO setting.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve strategic objectives.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, balancing multiple priorities effectively.
