Job Description:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives to deliver outstanding results and exceed performance metrics.
Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders to create business opportunities and foster long-term partnerships. - Identify emerging market trends, competitive intelligence, and potential growth areas to guide strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and senior management teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry trends and identify potential challenges and opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on business development performance, growth projections, and strategies.
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in inside sales and SDR management
- Strong track record of success in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
- Deep understanding of the inside sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of our products and services
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and identify new opportunities for business growth
