Director of Key Accounts (Inside Sales)

- Key Account Management: Develop and execute strategies to manage and expand our client portfolio. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs, and aligning our products and services to meet those needs.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities within key accounts and developing account-specific sales plans that are tailored fit to the company’s initiatives and needs.
- Customer/Client Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction within key accounts. Proactively address customer concerns and resolve issues if needed
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and delivery to align strategies and deliver seamless customer experiences. Provide market feedback and insights to inform product and service enhancements.
- Sales Strategy Development: Contribute to the development and refinement of sales strategies, including sales processes, networks, and go-to-market plans. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- At least 5 years of solid sales experience, with at least 3 years of experience in staffing or recruitment sales preferred
- Proven experience in US sales, with a strong database of network in the US
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with sales software and CRM tools is a plus
