• Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity across all departments.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure seamless coordination between various teams to achieve company objectives.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline workflows and reduce operational costs.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the company's performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads and senior management to align operational strategies with overall business objectives.
• Manage and optimize resource allocation to ensure effective utilization of company assets and personnel.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality in operational processes.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
• Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to capitalize on business opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on operational performance and achievements.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or any relevant field
• 5+ years of experience successfully managing a complex enterprise's human resources, finances, operations, or strategies.
• Strong background in BPO setting.
• Proficient ability to manage complex budgets.
• Proficient ethical leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Outstanding people skills.
• Ability to make projections three years into the future.
